​Have you ever wondered what mindfulness really is or how to practice it in your daily life? In this workshop, you’ll explore the essence of mindfulness, discover the science behind its benefits, and learn simple yet effective techniques to bring more presence and calm into your everyday routine.

Topics would include:

  • What is Mindfulness?

  • An introduction to the science and research supporting it.

  • Engage in either a Mindful Movement practice or Mindful Eating Meditation. 

  • Be led in a seated mediation practice: Finding Your Anchor.

  • Learn ways to incorporate mindfulness practices in your daily life.
