8-week course
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction
This 8-week online course will run from the week of
September 29 - November 20, with an all-day retreat on November 7.
Classes will meet once per week, and will be held on either Tuesdays or Fridays (day to be determined based on interest). Daytime options will be:

8:30–11:00 AM

11:00 AM–1:30 PM, or

12:00–2:30 PM
